Thoughts:
This is an interesting game to start the season. High Point has a very impressive front line and last season they were one of the best 3 point shooting teams in the country. Allan Chaney is one of the best stories in college basketball and you can't help but be happy for a guy who's been through all that he has and is still able to play.

Having said that, it should be interesting to see this new UNCG frantic pace against a D1 team. During the exhibition contest on Saturday, the Spartans started slow and turned the ball over a too much. When they settled down, the second half was an impressive showing. I expect to see a similar effort on tonight.

At this point, I've not seen enough to make any bold predictions. I'm just going to hope for the best.
